Abstract

Research conducted in experimental field of Agricultural Faculty of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University from October until November, 2010. Experiment used factorial 2x4 arranged in Split-Plot Design. Main-plot was environmental planting condition: open field and plastic tunnel. Sub-plot was fertilizer: urea, NPK, chicken manure, Bokashi. Treatments replicated in three replications. Observations: fresh weight, dry weight, N total, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Result: no interactions between environmental planting conditions and fertilizer various on fresh weight, dry weight, and CEC. There was interaction between environmental planting conditions and fertilizer various on N total content. Plastic tunnel resulted higher both on fresh weight and dry weight than that of open field. Compare to open field, there was no significantly different effect of plastic tunnel on CEC. Application of Bokashi could produce fresh weight as well as dry weight higher than that of application of chicken manure, NPK as well as urea. Under open field condition, there were no significantly different on N total content of the plants treated by urea, NPK, chicken manure as well as bokashi. Whereas under plastic tunnel condition, both application of bokashi and NPK resulted in higher N total content than application of chicken manure as well as urea. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam dan penyiangan gulma terhadap hasil edamame. Penelitian dilaksanakan Januari hingga Maret 2019 di lahan tegalan  Dusun Kemiri, Turi, Sleman. Disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap faktorial  3 ulangan: faktor pertama jarak tanam: 20x20, 20x25, 25x25. Faktor kedua penyiangan: tanpa penyiangan, penyiangan 2 mst, penyiangan  2 dan 4 mst. Variabel pengamatan: tinggi, , bobot segar, bobot kering, bobot segar per hektar, umur muncul bunga, umur jadi buah, jumlah polong, bobot polong, bobot polong per hektar, bobot 100 polong, bobot segar gulma, dan jenis gulma. Hasil:  terjadi interaksi bobot segar, bobot kering, dan umur muncul bunga, Pada jarak tanam 20x20 cm, perlakuan penyiangan tidak berpengaruh nyata, tetapi pada jarak tanam 20x25 cm dan 25x25 cm, perlakuan penyiangan meningkatkan bobot segar dan bobot kering tanaman secara nyata serta mempercepat umur pembungaan. Perlakuan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil, sedangkan perlakuan penyiangan berpengaruh terhadap hasil, yakni tanpa penyiangan akan menurunkan hasil tanaman. Perlakuan jarak tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap berat segar gulma, sedangkan perlakuan penyiangan berpengaruh terhadap berat segar gulma, yakni pada perlakuan tanpa penyiangan memberikan berat segar gulma tertinggi
